Talent Programs Specialist

In this highly collaborative role, you will partner with the Senior Talent Program Manager to scale talent programs, recruiting initiatives, and event-driven hiring across the company. You will build and engage talent communities, develop proactive pipeline strategies, execute initiatives to engage prospective candidates, and track talent pipeline activity. • Créer et exécuter des initiatives qui engagent les candidats potentiels par le biais de programmes de recrutement, d'opportunités de réseautage, d'événements et de sensibilisation stratégique.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Curious, proactive, and excited to build scalable talent programs in a high-growth environment
• Experience supporting hiring initiatives across multiple business functions in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, Asana, or similar recruiting technology
• Experience coordinating recruiting events, talent programs, or employer branding initiatives
• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting programs, recruiting operations, employer branding, talent communities, campus recruiting, or a related field
• Familiarity with talent analytics or using data to inform sourcing strategies
• Experience supporting or executing recruiting events or employer branding initiatives
• Exposure to early careers programs, internships, or university partnerships
• Experience sourcing for technical roles (engineering, infrastructure, or cloud-related roles)
