About The Role
Join PulsePoint as an Associate Account Manager, where you'll be the foundation of our client services team. This entry-level position offers a structured development track, the Rocket Program, designed to take you from onboarding to full account ownership and promotion to Account Manager. You'll support experienced Account Managers, participate in client communication, and build familiarity with various analytics platforms. - Support Account Managers in day-to-day client communication and post-sale requests, participating in client kick-off calls and campaign check-ins.
- Proactively identify client needs and bring forward tailored recommendations to drive campaign success, taking on direct client ownership as readiness and business need align.
- Assist with pixel coordination, asset gathering, and campaign launch checklists, partnering with Campaign Management and Platform Solutions to monitor delivery, pacing, and performance.
- Clear communicator who can translate complex topics for different audiences
- BA/BS in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
- Collaborative by default: you thrive working across teams and functions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills across multiple workstreams
- Curiosity about AI: you are actively exploring how AI tools can make you more effective and are eager to bring that mindset into a fast-moving environment
- Eagerness to develop technical fluency in tagging, pixel implementation, and data troubleshooting on the job
- Some exposure to programmatic advertising: DSP platforms (TTD, DCM/CM360), verification tools (DoubleVerify, IAS), or insertion order management
- Healthcare/pharma industry experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Resourceful and independent: you find answers before asking and come with solutions, not just problems
- Prior roles such as Sales Planner, Account Coordinator, or Client Services Manager at a digital vendor or media agency are a strong fit
- Comfort working in Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus
- Eager to learn: you come in ready to absorb, ask questions, and grow fast
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics
- 1+ years in an Account Management, Campaign Management, Customer Success, or digital media role
