About The Role

Join MISUMI Americas as a Senior Product Manager, where you'll lead the development of an innovative Operating System for New Product Development. You'll own and evolve our Manufacturing Quoting & Fulfillment platform, collaborate with advanced technology R&D teams, and define the long-term vision for our manufacturing intelligence platform. This role requires a strong background in product management, AI-enabled products, and manufacturing processes.

  • Colaborar con equipos de investigación y desarrollo de tecnología avanzada para convertir investigaciones de vanguardia en soluciones listas para producción, incorporando automatización, análisis predictivo e inteligencia generativa.
  • Identificar oportunidades estratégicas para integrar modelos de aprendizaje automático, comprensión del lenguaje natural y visión por computadora en los flujos de trabajo de cotización, enrutamiento y selección de proveedores.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven industries
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills — able to balance visionary thinking with operational precision
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across distributed teams and time zones
  • Expertise in Agile product development, roadmap ownership, and cross-functional execution
  • Demonstrated experience developing AI-enabled products or working directly with AI research or data science teams to bring intelligent features to market
  • Experience managing products that integrate multiple systems (ERP, MES, or supply chain networks)
  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or complex logistics systems, particularly in quoting, routing, or fulfillment processes
  • Familiarity with machine learning, computer vision, LLMs, or data analytics frameworks relevant to industrial applications
  • Working knowledge of one or more manufacturing processes (3D printing, CNC machining, injection molding, sheet metal, etc.)
  • Background in productizing or operationalizing AI models for commercial use
