CFO / Chief Financial Officer F/M/X

Join Whoz, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, as our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, you will lead our finance and accounting functions, develop and implement financial strategy, provide financial analysis and reporting, manage cash flow, and oversee financial risk. You will work closely with the CEO, executive team, investment fund, and board of directors to drive financial decision-making and optimize performance. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting, and a proven track record in high-growth B2B SaaS companies.

**Profile**

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a finance senior leadership role
• Experience in a Big 4 audit firm
• Proven track record of successfully leading finance and accounting functions in high-growth B2B SaaS companies
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Experience in the service industry, particularly with T1 and T2 companies, preferred
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and reporting standards
• International experience
