Head of Model Risk & Data Quality

Join Ebury, a global FinTech company, as the Head of Model Risk Management & Data Quality. In this role, you will develop and maintain a model risk management framework, guide teams in model development and validation, monitor model performance, and improve data quality. You will work in a hybrid environment, with four days in the office and one day working from home per week.

• Develop and maintain a well-designed model risk management framework that meets the company's needs and regulatory requirements.
• Guide and advise teams in different parts of the organization on model development, validation, and implementation processes.
• Lead efforts to improve data quality and monitoring of data feeding into each model, liaising with the Data Teams.
