Junior Operations Analyst

• Instruction and initial verification of client payments, completion of payment beneficiaries, and helping clients resolve questions or issues regarding their transactions.
• Taking responsibility for assigned tasks, demonstrating end-to-end ownership, and ensuring adherence to internal policies, processes, and procedures.
• Creation and manual enrichment of transaction reporting files, reconciliation of client funds, and investigation of unallocated and/or non-received funds.
