Senior Information Security Manager

Join Ebury, a high-growth fintech scale-up, as an Information Security Manager. In this role, you will lead global governance, risk, and compliance initiatives, design and implement a global GRC framework, manage external audits, and mature the Third-Party Risk Management program. You will also lead strategic projects, including GRC automation and cultural leadership. The position is based in Ebury's Malaga office with a hybrid work model.

• Design, implement, and mature the global Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework, ensuring alignment with relevant standards and regulations.
• Lead the risk assessment process, quantifying and communicating risks to business stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
• Act as the primary liaison for external audits, overseeing the remediation of findings and ensuring continuous compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
