Senior Product Manager - Financial Crime (KYC/KYB)

Join Ebury, a global FinTech company, as a Senior Product Manager in the Financial Crime Intelligence Product domain. In this role, you will own the end-to-end KYC/KYB lifecycle, define the strategy for KYC/KYB, and collaborate with various teams to ensure effective controls and optimize workflows. You will also translate regulatory requirements into product requirements and work closely with engineering and data teams. The position is based in Ebury's London office with a hybrid work model.

• Product Ownership: Balance customer experience, growth, and risk trade-offs across onboarding and lifecycle of clients. Define the strategy for KYC/KYB and translate it into a clear, actionable roadmap.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with operational and compliance teams to ensure controls are effective, explainable, and audit-ready. Collaborate with operations teams to optimize case management and workflows.
• Delivery & Execution: Translate regulatory requirements into clear product requirements. Partner with Data teams on risk scoring methodologies and work closely with Engineering on customer data models.
