Staff Engineer (Credit & Underwriting)

• Provide technical leadership across critical domains, owning the design and evolution of large-scale, business-critical systems.
• Set architectural direction by leading system design, making high-leverage technical decisions, and driving alignment on long-term technology strategy.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to translate business outcomes into scalable, resilient technical solutions.
