Sales Executive (Hotel Solution)

You will work directly with hotel owners, operators, and leadership teams, helping them transition to modern technology. Your responsibilities will include managing the full sales cycle, collaborating with internal teams, attending industry events, and meeting sales targets. • Acquiring new clients and expanding Kody’s presence within the hospitality industry by offering innovative payment and point-of-sale solutions tailored to hotel businesses.
• Building and managing a pipeline of new hospitality prospects by conducting needs assessments and delivering compelling product presentations to hotel management and decision-makers.
• Managing the full sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, contract closure, and onboarding coordination.
• The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or hotel solutions sector
• Strong networking skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of hotel operating systems and payment technology is a plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
