About The Role
Join Candid Health as an Executive Business Partner, where you'll provide critical support to our executive leadership team in a fast-paced environment. You'll manage complex travel logistics, high-level project management, and daily operations, while also contributing to company culture and events. This role requires a proactive, adaptable, and relationship-oriented individual with 4+ years of experience supporting C-level leaders in high-growth environments.
- Strategic Calendar Management: Build and maintain a deep understanding of business priorities to effectively optimize time and prioritize commitments.
- Daily Executive Operations: Provide white-glove support to maximize the executive team's time and focus, overseeing all daily operational logistics.
- Project & Task Management: Effectively develop a task management system that demonstrates visibility and maintains transparency on competing tasks and deadlines.
- In-Office Champion: You thrive in an in-office environment and understand the value of face-to-face partnership for high-velocity teams
- Discretion & Integrity: You maintain high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with stakeholders inside and outside of Candid Health
- Versatile & Adaptable: You are a "solutions architect" for the executive team, happy to lean in wherever the team needs support, whether the task is administrative or strategic
- Clear Communicator: You’re a clear and concise communicator; evidence of strong writing ability will be valued especially highly
- Accountability Partner: You are comfortable serving as a true partner to executives, tactfully reminding them of various responsibilities and keeping the team aligned
- Proactive Initiative: You don’t just wait for instructions; you anticipate needs before they arise. You are the type of person who goes above and beyond, whether it’s streamlining a messy internal process or ensuring a high-stakes board meeting runs perfectly
- Experience: You have 4+ years of experience supporting C-level leaders in high-growth, complex environments
- Relationship-Oriented: You understand that chemistry is critical. You are patient and proactive in building trust with private executives who may be "creatures of habit," and you can adjust your communication style for different stakeholders
- Extreme Ownership: You take immense pride in your craft. You see projects through to completion and strive for excellence in every detail
