About The Role
Join our team as the Head of RevOps, where you will build and lead our Sales Operations function. This pivotal role will shape how our go-to-market (GTM) teams execute, from compensation design to forecasting, reporting, systems, and strategic planning. You will be a hands-on operator and a strategic leader, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal to ensure scalable growth. Your responsibilities will include operational leadership, strategic planning, cross-functional partnership, systems and analytics, leadership and team building, and providing executive insights.
- Lead and manage the day-to-day sales operations, including quota management, commissions, forecasting, and planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Product, to ensure alignment and support for GTM strategies.
- Define and optimize the GTM tech stack, including CRM, forecasting, and reporting tools, and ensure ownership sits within the right functions.
- Experience designing and implementing GTM tech stacks and reporting frameworks
- Background in healthcare or fintech industries is nice to have
- Expertise in sales planning, forecasting, compensation design, and GTM reporting
- Proven success supporting GTM teams in high-growth environments
- Strategic thinker with a bias toward action and ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills; ability to influence Product, Finance, Legal, and Marketing stakeholders
- Deep proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to turn data into insights and stories for executives
- Healthcare and financial services domain expertise
- Experience supporting channel partner and post-sales teams with designing cross-sell and upsell motions, setting up CPQ and deal desk
- Prior experience at a hyper-growth startup
- Strong understanding of broader GTM systems & tooling (Hubspot, Marketo, Outreach, Segment, etc), including SFDC admin experience
- Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, and/or operations & strategy at a fast-growing startup
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations (Revenue Operations background acceptable if paired with strong Sales Ops depth)
