You'll own the interview scheduling process, coordinate logistics, and maintain ATS hygiene, all while delivering a white-glove experience to candidates. • Own the interview scheduling process end-to-end, ensuring fast turnaround and high accuracy.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, delivering a white-glove experience.
• Maintain ATS hygiene and proactively identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and execution.
