Senior Product Designer

You will leverage your deep understanding of design principles and user patterns to create new product experiences, mentor other designers, and drive cross-functional alignment. • Establish the design foundations for how customers visualize and transform healthcare payments into a human-centered system.
• Leverage deep understanding of design principles, user patterns, and technical capabilities to shape the vision of the product surface area.
• Lead projects from end-to-end, including user research, requirement development, prototyping with engineering, and final implementation.
• Proven success leading design initiatives for SaaS platforms
• A mentor of other designers and elevate our craft
• You communicate your design approach, reasoning, and decisions clearly to build alignment with cross-functional teams
• You uphold a high standard for user experience and quality in every deliverable
• You tackle complex problems and data with ease, crafting comprehensive yet simple solutions
• Extensive product design experience (at least 5+ YoE) in fast-growing companies where you have a history working in B2B, enterprise, or data-complex tooling
• A portfolio that showcases an ability to scale complex UX workflows across product surfaces
• You thrive in fast-paced environments, adapting and pivoting effortlessly as needed
• You approach challenges with curiosity and empathy, always seeking to fully understand before jumping into solutions
