Technical Program Manager (Platform)

Join Candid Health as a Platform Technical Program Manager (TPM) and play a key role in designing, implementing, and scaling operational frameworks that drive engineering velocity and stability. You will work closely with engineering and product leadership, orchestrate complex technical launches, bridge internal systems with external interfaces, and standardize delivery frameworks. • Data-Informed Problem Solver: You are highly data-literate and love using numbers to tell a story. You are comfortable writing SQL or leveraging modern AI productivity tools to track metrics, diagnose roadblocks, and automate status tracking
• An Experienced Program Leader: You bring 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs within a fast-growing B2B SaaS or platform ecosystem
• Operational Architect: You possess well-developed philosophies on what great execution looks like, knowing how to balance process with speed, and how to measure organizational velocity effectively
