About The Role

Join Sunbit as a Social Media Manager, where you'll be responsible for developing and executing the organic social strategy for both merchants and consumers. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, high ownership and initiative, and a proven track record of building large, engaged audiences. You'll create high-performing content, grow engaged communities, and deliver measurable results that fuel both merchant pipeline and consumer growth.

  • Own and execute the end-to-end organic social strategy for both merchant and consumer audiences, focusing on engagement and acquisition.
  • Create high-performing content, grow engaged communities, and deliver measurable results that contribute to merchant pipeline and consumer growth.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to follower growth, engagement rate, reach, and contribution to merchant and consumer funnels.
  • Strong analytical mindset. You’re comfortable in analytics (native platform insights, GA4, spreadsheets) and you make decisions from data, not vibes
  • High ownership and initiative. You can take a vague goal and turn it into a strategy, a calendar, and results without hand-holding
  • Community-building instinct. You know how to turn followers into an engaged community, and you collaborate well with internal teams to do it
  • A proven track record building large, engaged audiences. You’ve personally or professionally grown a social presence to significant scale and can show the accounts and the metrics behind the growth. Building a following of 50,000+ on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok is strongly preferred
  • 5+ years managing organic social for a brand, creator, or business (B2B experience a strong plus)
  • Hands-on content creation skills. You can independently produce platform-native content—short-form video, basic editing, and design—and you have a strong eye for what performs on each platform
  • Excellent creative and editorial judgment. You can write, brief, and shape content that fits each platform’s native voice
  • Experience marketing to small businesses in finance, healthcare, dental, or automotive verticals
  • Advanced video/motion or design production skills
  • Background in employee advocacy or creator/community programs
