  • Diriger l'administration de ServiceNow pour l'IT et la sécurité, y compris le modèle de données de base, le catalogue, les flux de travail, les SLA et les intégrations.
  • ServiceNow Administration: Hands-on administration of ServiceNow or a similar enterprise ITSM platform, including workflow configuration, catalog items, change/incident processes, and basic reporting
  • Scripting & Automation: Experience with at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar) and comfort working with REST APIs and JSON
  • Corporate IT Systems Experience: 5+ years in corporate IT roles with significant responsibility for systems administration across identity, SaaS, and/or infrastructure in a cloud-first environment, with a proven track record balancing project work and operational/on-call responsibilities
  • Endpoint Management Ownership: Demonstrated ownership of macOS and/or Windows endpoint management in a mid-to-large fleet, including baseline configs, software distribution, and patch management

  • Remote-First Operator: Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, distributed environment — you manage your own priorities, communicate proactively, and know when to escalate
  • Experience with Jamf (macOS), Intune (Windows/mobile), and/or device posture tooling such as Kolide or similar
  • Experience managing core SaaS tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, or Glean
  • Background designing or maintaining automations with tools like Serval, Zapier, or equivalent orchestration platforms

  • Prior experience supporting a rapidly scaling, distributed engineering organization
