Senior Staff Product/Principal Product Manager (Cribl AI)

As a Senior Staff Product/Principal Product Manager, you will be at the center of the company, responsible for aligning product strategy and execution with customer needs and company values. You will work cross-functionally with various teams, utilize data for market research and product insights, and consistently focus on creating high-value AI products and experiences. • Guiding the product roadmap and ensuring alignment with customer needs and company values.
• Utilizing data to conduct market research, assess competition, and generate product insights for building AI-native products.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create high-value AI products and experiences that align with Cribl’s mission.
• In depth experience building and launching products with major cloud providers
• Experience bringing AI-backed or AI-native products to market
• 5 or more years in a Technical Product Manager role or similar experience
• Experience working with products that are deployed across multiple types of environments and infrastructure (Cloud, on-prem, hybrid)
• Background working with Enterprise data products
• Experience working in remote first companies and know how to navigate a large distributed team
• You love being a technical Product Manager - you spend time building labs, learning new technologies and are never satisfied with what you know today
• Experience working with data tools like Snowflake/Databricks/Redshift for transforming analytics and telemetry data into actionable insights
• Experience with a large variety of IT and Security tools and technologies and how best to integrate and onboard data
• Must be a strong communicator: writer and reader. As a remote first company this is our primary way of collaborating
