As the Growth Marketing Manager for the UK, you will be responsible for driving subscriber growth, managing marketing investment, and delivering integrated marketing campaigns. You will work closely with various teams and stakeholders to improve the customer journey and subscriber experience. The ideal candidate has several years of marketing experience, a strong understanding of the full marketing funnel, and is comfortable working with performance data and commercial targets.

• Own the UK marketing strategy and execution plan, aligned with Readly's overall business objectives.
• Develop and deliver full-funnel marketing plans to drive awareness, consideration, trial and subscriber growth.
• Plan and execute integrated 360° campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
