Provide legal support for the German market, advising internal teams on legal issues related to Cafeyn’s activities in Germany.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with publishers and distribution partners, ensuring contractual consistency with the Group’s legal framework.
Understand the legal and contractual frameworks inherited from Readly, supporting the alignment of German legal processes with the Group’s legal framework.
