Deployment & Support Engineer

Join AZmed, a leading company in medical AI and radiology analysis solutions. As a Deployment & Support Engineer, you will be responsible for managing client technical support requests, installing new devices, optimizing client environments, and organizing new releases and patches. You will also collaborate with various teams to ensure quality system management processes are applied and to gather insights on client experiences. This is a full-time position based in Paris.

• Gérer et résoudre les demandes de support technique des clients, installer de nouveaux dispositifs des produits d'AZmed pour de nouveaux clients, et optimiser les environnements des clients.
• Assurer l'application des processus de gestion du système de qualité pour les plaintes des clients, en collaboration avec l'équipe qualité, et développer et maintenir des outils d'automatisation.
• Collaborer avec les équipes de gestion des comptes pour convertir les offres d'essai gratuit en phase payante, et répondre aux besoins des clients.
• Strong experience with the Linux/Unix command-line is mandatory. We use it every day.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in technical support - Levels 1 (frontline in support of the Business teams) and 2 (technical resolution).
• Experience in system administration and deployment of complex applications.
• Expertise in installing and maintaining secure Linux infrastructures, containerization, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible).
• Expertise deploying virtual machines and appliances (OVA), configuring networks (VPN, firewall, SSH), and automating tasks via Shell or Python scripting.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and management of cloud and on-premise infrastructures.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Motivation to contribute to healthcare improvement through medical AI and radiology analysis solutions, and, ideally, experience in the medical and/or AI industries.
