Head of Investor Relations

In this critical role, you will build the Investor Relations function from the ground up, develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy, and serve as a primary point of contact for high-priority investors. You will also support executives on fundraising activities, partner with the finance team to communicate performance drivers, and lay the groundwork for regulatory compliance. • Proven track record working with venture capital and public equity markets
• 10+ years of experience in a senior level leadership role in investor relations, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategic finance at a high-growth tech company (preferably AI/ML or enterprise software)
• Executive level written/oral communication skills
• Strong financial modeling and storytelling ability
