Revenue Operations Analyst (Analytics)

Join our Revenue Operations team as a Revenue Operations Analyst (Analytics). In this role, you will partner with GTM leadership to enhance reporting, systems, and processes that drive revenue growth and decision-making. You will manage and improve our quote-to-cash processes, collaborate cross-functionally to provide a 360-degree view of the customer, and drive initiatives to improve data hygiene and CRM governance. • Partner with GTM leadership to enhance reporting, systems, and processes to drive revenue growth.
• Manage and improve quote-to-cash processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide a comprehensive view of the customer in the CRM.
• Have Salesforce experience; CPQ Experience and Admin certification plus
• Have familiarity with GTM tech stacks and how they support revenue workflows (CRM, enrichment, engagement, automation, analytics)
• Bring 3+ years of big data experience: using BI tools such as Looker or Tableau and/or writing complex yet efficient SQL is a daily habit for you
• Have 3+ years of experience in sales operations or a related role
• Have experience getting your hands dirty with ETL and familiar with popular data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, etc)
• Are an excellent communicator with senior management audiences - explaining “what it is”, “why it matters” and “what should we do” in terms of your data and analysis; delivering customer-oriented KPIs and dashboards that drive alignment
