About The Role
Join NTT DATA Europe as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This pivotal role requires an experienced and proactive individual who can manage complex schedules, foster seamless stakeholder interactions, and handle confidential matters with discretion. Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, meeting support and follow-up, executive communication, administrative excellence, office of the CEO support, stakeholder engagement, and maintaining confidentiality and discretion. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Executive Assistant, strong stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Coordination and management of the CEO's calendar, travel, and meetings to ensure optimal time management and adherence to company policies.
- Acting as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence with clarity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Owning a range of administrative responsibilities including document preparation, presentation support, expenses processing, and diary management for the CEO and direct reports.
- Discretion, resilience, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges and changing business needs
- Full fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to interact effectively with senior leaders and external partners
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent planning and coordination capabilities, including the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and drive follow-through on actions
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple competing priorities with precision
- Strong business acumen and project coordination skills, with the ability to support strategic priorities and contribute to the smooth operation of the CEO’s office
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and professional maturity when engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and confidence using digital collaboration and productivity tools
