Finance Business Partner (France)

Join NTT DATA as a Finance Business Partner in France. In this role, you will support business leaders by providing complex financial insights, performance analysis, and decision support. You will act as the day-to-day finance contact for assigned business units, analyze actual performance versus budget and forecast, and support cost control and profitability initiatives. Collaboration with FP&A and Controlling is essential to ensure alignment and adherence to financial policies and governance frameworks. Strong financial analysis skills and experience in a complex or international environment are required.

• Act as the day-to-day finance contact for assigned business units or functions, providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Analyze actual performance versus budget and forecast, preparing management reporting inputs and dashboards.
• Support cost control, margin improvement, and profitability initiatives, performing ad-hoc analyses to support operational and commercial decisions.
• Strong financial analysis and performance interpretation skills
• Experience in a complex or international environment is an advantage
