• Collaborer avec les leaders techniques et les équipes de plateforme pour intégrer Command aux systèmes existants.

• Travailler directement dans les environnements clients pour configurer l'accès sécurisé aux systèmes et concevoir des workflows de publication.
• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
• Experience building or integrating software across APIs, event flows, data models, permissions, automation, or agent-based workflows
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong coding and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to move from whiteboard to production
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, forward deployed engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, implementation engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role
