About The Role

Join Asana, a leading work management platform, as an Identity Engineer. In this role, you will support and implement our internal and cloud-based IT identity infrastructure and applications, driving efficiency through automation and improving the end-user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a critical role in scaling Asana's global IT operations. This position is based in our Vancouver office with a hybrid schedule.

Implement automated SSO on-boarding and off-boarding processes to drive efficiency.
Administer and support Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana to empower the organization.
Identify and execute on high-impact automation opportunities to scale IT services.
Proficiency in scripting with Python or equivalent automation tools
Experience navigating ticket-based enterprise workflow management systems
SSO integrations with Okta or a similar platform
5+ years of experience with the following:
Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
Strong problem-solving skills paired with a service-oriented approach
Cloud system application management including: Google Workplace, Okta, and Slack
Working knowledge of iPaaS tools such as Bettercloud or Workato
