About The Role

Join Asana, a leading work management platform, as a Senior Product Manager on the Project & Task Experience team. In this role, you will drive product strategy and execution, working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for team productivity and collaboration. You will define and deliver a compelling roadmap for enterprise-level customers, partner closely with Product Design, and execute on roadmaps with high velocity. This position offers comprehensive health benefits, development opportunities, and a focus on career growth.

  • Experience shipping multi-month, end-to-end initiatives that require close coordination across multiple teams, including work that puts deliverables on other teams' roadmaps, where you owned the full arc from definition to delivery
  • Strong cross-functional communicator: you can align multiple teams around a hard decision and keep execution moving even when consensus is hard to reach
  • Systems thinker: you're comfortable reasoning about how a change in one part of a platform affects adjacent and dependent surfaces, while still caring deeply about the individual, in-the-moment experience for the person using it
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of driving — not just contributing to — end-user features rather than purely internal or platform-only work
  • A growth mindset: you seek out feedback, reflect, and actively mentor others
  • You understand how large organizations actually get work done — messy structures, competing workflows, teams that need the same feature to serve very different purposes — and you've shaped product decisions around that complexity, not just built controls to manage it
  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
  • Background at a work management company (e.g. Dropbox, Box, Google Workspace, Jira) or a mid-to-large enterprise SaaS company with a complex, specific use case (e.g. ServiceNow, Zendesk) is a plus, but not required
  • If you're interested in this role and don't meet every listed requirement, we still encourage you to apply
