Product Marketing Manager (Asana Service Management)

Join Asana as a Principal Product Marketing Manager for our new AI-powered service management solution, Asana Service Management. You will define and own the go-to-market strategy, drive high-impact product launches, and equip our sales teams with strategic enablement materials. You will also act as the connective tissue between Product, Partnerships, and Sales, leveraging performance data and customer feedback to refine our positioning and identify new growth opportunities.

• Full-stack expert capable of owning the entire lifecycle from initial messaging to scaled global launches
• Experienced PMM leader with 8–12 years in product marketing, specifically within B2B tech and service management (ITSM/ESM) or AI-powered products
• Exceptional communicator with the written and verbal skills needed to engage both executive audiences and technical field teams
• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
• Collaborative partner with a proven track record of aligning product roadmaps with market needs and customer pain points
