• Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs that advance Asana's agentic work management capabilities.
• Build and own product engineering delivery plans, timelines, and dependencies, ensuring alignment and accountability with cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and streamlining processes.
• Brings 8+ years leading technical programs in enterprise software and B2B SaaS, with a strong track record managing large, complex initiatives with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Is outcome-driven, comfortable working with ambiguity, and able to move fast in uncertain situations to solve problems
• Has experience with project management and collaboration software and tools (Asana experience is a plus)
• Possesses the ability to leverage data and AI-powered tools to drive alignment and decision-making
• Demonstrates excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to drive alignment and decisions, simplifying complex topics and appropriately adjusting altitude to fit the audience and situation
• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
• Shows AI fluency with a track record of learning and applying emerging technologies quickly to unlock new ways of working
