Director of Consulting (Life Sciences)

Join Artefact, a next-generation consulting firm specializing in data, analytics, and AI. As the Director of Consulting for Life Sciences, you will lead and grow our Life Sciences practice in the US, driving business development and client delivery. You will engage with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, lead high-impact engagements, and contribute to practice-building efforts. Ideal candidates have 8-10+ years of experience in consulting or industry roles with a Life Sciences focus, a strong understanding of the pharma/biotech commercial lifecycle, and data and analytics fluency.

• Build and own a pipeline of Life Sciences clients, proactively hunting new logos and expanding relationships within existing accounts.
• Lead delivery of high-impact engagements in commercial analytics, data strategy, AI use-case development, and insights transformation.
• Collaborate with Artefact's global network to bring world-class capabilities into every client conversation.
