AI Manager in Pharma & Life Science (Strategy & Data/AI Transformation)

As an AI Manager in Pharma & Life Science, you will work at the intersection of strategy consulting and data/AI innovation, collaborating with client leadership teams to address high-stakes questions and support engagements end-to-end. You will also contribute to the growth of Artefact's Zurich office and lead, mentor, and foster collaboration within hybrid project teams.

• Strategieentwicklung: Zusammenarbeit mit Führungsteams von Kunden, um strategische Fragen zu beantworten und die Auswirkungen von KI auf Geschäftsmodelle zu bewerten.
• Strukturierte Problemlösung: Komplexe Herausforderungen in klare, umsetzbare Empfehlungen umwandeln, unter Verwendung von Frameworks und Methoden aus der klassischen Strategieberatung.
• Projektlieferung: Unterstützung von Engagements von der Hypothesenbildung bis zu Workshops, Governance-Design und Implementierungsfahrplänen.
