Engagement Manager (Strategy & Data/AI Transformation)

Join Artefact, a next-generation strategy and data consulting firm dedicated to transforming organizations through data and AI. As an Engagement Manager in our Zurich office, you will work at the intersection of strategy consulting and data/AI innovation, collaborating closely with C-level stakeholders and business unit leaders. You will support engagements end-to-end, contribute to the growth of Artefact's Zurich office, and lead and mentor hybrid project teams.

• Strategieentwicklung: Zusammenarbeit mit Führungsteams von Kunden, um hochrangige Fragen zu beantworten, wie z.B. die Neugestaltung von Geschäftsmodellen durch KI.
• Strukturierte Problemlösung: Zerlegung komplexer Herausforderungen in klare, umsetzbare Empfehlungen unter Verwendung von Frameworks und Methoden.
• Projektlieferung: Unterstützung von Engagements von der Hypothesenbildung bis zu Workshops, Governance-Design und Implementierungsfahrplänen.
