Senior AI Engineer (m/f/d)

Join Artefact, a global AI and data consulting company, as a Senior AI Engineer. In this role, you will innovate, build, train, and collaborate on AI-driven projects that bring real business value to clients. You will work on diverse projects across different industries, build real-world data and AI applications, and shape the way clients use data and AI. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering, proficiency in Python and cloud-based AI services, and business-fluent German and English.

• Identifizieren von Geschäftsbedürfnissen, Erforschen von Daten- und KI-Anwendungsfällen und Vorantreiben von Projekten von der Idee bis zur Produktion.
• Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten von der Konzeption und Architektur bis zur Implementierung, Optimierung und Lieferung.
• Experimentieren mit neuen Modellen, Prompt-Engineering, Feinabstimmung und Tools sowie Teilen des Wissens innerhalb des Teams.
