Associate Solutions Engineer

Join our team as an Associate Solutions Engineer (ASE) where you will be responsible for key customer delivery and engagement motions. You will participate in discovery, articulate design, configure client-ready solutions, and maintain clear documentation of system decisions. This role requires a blend of system collaborative consulting and both individual and team-based contributions. You will collaborate with all other business units to continuously improve our product, engagement motions, and the quality of our delivery.

• Collaborate with all other business units to continuously improve our product, our engagement motions, and the quality of our delivery.
• Co-lead discovery sessions and working meetings to capture requirements and action items, and increasingly take on facilitation for specific segments of the implementation journey.
• Effective Communication: Ability to explain technical steps clearly to both internal teammates and external users
• 2+ years of experience in a technical or analytical role (Implementation, Support, or Junior Analyst) preferably within B2B SaaS
• High attention to detail: Proven ability to manage documentation and follow complex processes without skipping steps
• Strong logical aptitude: Ability to understand conditional logic (if/then/else) and structured data
• Adaptability: Comfort in fast-paced technical environments with continuous product delivery and ongoing learning
• Experience supporting public-sector (or similar high-compliance environments) customers and familiarity with procurement, contracting, grants, budgeting, or vendor workflows
• Exposure to integration-adjacent delivery work (e.g., data flows, sequencing considerations, APIs, or ETL concepts)
• Demonstrated ability to assist in delivery across multiple stakeholders and surface risks proactively
• Experience contributing to or improving delivery standards, templates, or playbooks
