Digital and Web project Manager - All genders

As a Digital and Web Project Manager, you will manage and coordinate digital, web, and e-commerce projects in an international environment. You will act as the key link between business teams, internal tech teams, agencies, local markets, and external partners. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the healthcare industry while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Collect and structure business needs from global and local stakeholders, translating them into functional specifications and project documentation.
• Manage and prioritize the backlog, coordinating DTC website, e-commerce, template, and international deployment projects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with design, development, and technical agencies, coordinating workshops, follow-ups, testing phases, and project status updates.

**What you bring**

The candidate should have

• At least confirmed years of experience (around 7years) in digital project management, product ownership, or e-commerce project coordination
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Good understanding of DTC digital, website, CMS, and e-commerce environments and especially Shopify
• Solid knowledge of CMS and e-commerce platforms, ideally including Shopify and/or Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Ability to understand platform constraints, technical dependencies, and integration topics
• Ability to write clear functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and project documentation
• Ability to manage priorities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
• Good understanding of UX, SEO, accessibility, analytics, and web performance topics
• Experience working with external agencies, development teams, IT, and technical partners
• Ability to coordinate both business and technical stakeholders
• Comfortable managing testing, feedback, UAT, release follow-up, and post-launch improvements
• Professional or fluent English.
