Sb HCP Global Marketing Lead - All Genders

Join our team as the HCP Global Marketing Lead, where you will define and execute the global marketing strategy for our OTC probiotic, Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-745. You will conduct market research, design educational initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage the HCP marketing budget. This is a permanent position based in Gentilly HQ, with the option for remote work up to 2 days per week.

• Développer et exécuter la stratégie de marketing mondial pour les professionnels de la santé (HCP) pour le probiotique OTC Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-745.
• Effectuer des recherches de marché approfondies et recueillir des informations pour comprendre les besoins et les comportements des professionnels de la santé.
• Concevoir et superviser des programmes d'éducation médicale, y compris des webinaires, des conférences et des initiatives de formation médicale continue (CME).

**What you bring**

• **Education:** Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree in healthcare or pharmaceutical sciences is a plus.
• **Experience:** Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior role focused on healthcare professionals within the pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industry.
• **Global Experience:** Proven experience in managing global marketing campaigns targeting HCPs and working across diverse international markets.
• **HCP Marketing Expertise:** Deep experience in medical marketing, with a track record of successfully engaging and influencing healthcare professionals.
• **Regulatory Knowledge:** Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements and ethical standards in healthcare marketing.
• **Language Skills:** Fluency in English is required; fluency in French is a plus.
