Risk Manager

Join our team as a Risk Manager, where you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's risk management framework, promoting a strong risk culture, and providing insights into enterprise risks. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to embed strong risk culture and controls. • Oversee and support the organisation’s risk management framework, ensuring effective identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of risks.
• Promote a strong risk culture across the Group, enhancing risk awareness and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards for senior leadership, providing insights into enterprise risks and highlighting exposures, trends, and emerging risks.
• 5+ years in a risk management, operational risk, or ERM role, ideally in fintech, consulting and/or financial services sectors
• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, controls testing, and regulatory requirements under FCA (UK), and DORA (EU)
• Relevant qualifications in risk, compliance, or financial services (IRM, ARM, or equivalent desirable)
• Exposure to financial services and payments/e-money related risks, and/or embedded finance models (desirable)
• Familiarity with risk reporting tools, dashboards, and data analysis
• Experience working with the NBB (Belgium)
