Brand Copy Lead

Join Replit as a Brand Copy Lead, where you will shape the voice of our brand and craft breakthrough copy across campaigns, marketing assets, and product surfaces. You will work closely with design, marketing, product, and external partners to bring the Replit narrative to life. • A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual strength and world-class copywriting across campaigns, platforms, and marketing assets
• Mastery of language, storytelling, and voice, with a proven eye for detail and craft
• 6+ years of experience in brand writing or copywriting at leading agencies, technology companies, or in-house creative teams
• Interest in AI, creativity, and shaping the cultural narrative around new technologies
• Exposure to writing across motion, digital platforms, and experiential activations
• Strong presentation and communication skills able to inspire confidence in creative direction across stakeholders
• Experience creating or scaling global brand voice and editorial systems
