Enterprise Product Manager

Join Replit as a Staff Product Manager, where you'll own the enterprise product end to end. You'll set the strategy and priorities for everything that makes large companies successful on Replit, build the enterprise platform, drive land-and-expand, partner cross-functionally, and be the voice of the enterprise customer. • Own the enterprise roadmap end to end, setting the strategy and priorities for everything that makes large companies successful on Replit.
• Drive the development of the enterprise platform, owning the capabilities serious buyers depend on, such as identity and access, admin and governance, and data privacy.
• Build the product-led motion that grows a handful of builders into a company-wide rollout, helping teams get more value from Agent, connectors, and reusable workflows.
• 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 focused on enterprise products
• Strong technical judgment. You can understand deep technical concepts and go deep with engineers on security and infrastructure topics
• Excellent communication and cross-functional skills, with a track record of moving work forward across engineering, design, sales, and security
• Fluency with IT and admin buyer personas and what they need to adopt and roll out software at scale
• Experience selling into regulated industries and familiarity with frameworks like SOC 2 and HIPAA
• Experience at a scale-up that grew its enterprise motion from infancy to scale
