Senior Product Engineer (Product Foundry)

Join Replit, a leading collaborative development environment, as a Senior Product Engineer. In this high-visibility role, you will be part of the Product Foundry, Replit's internal engine for innovation. You will work on high-risk, full-stack initiatives that aim to define and establish new multi-billion-dollar product categories. • Understanding of the full agentic software development stack, helping coding agents build, test and review correct code
• Strong track record leading complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders
• Technical company founding entrepreneurial or high visibility side projects experience preferred but not required
• Experience building and operating platform systems that other teams depend on
• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong product judgment: you can balance UX, speed, correctness, and long-term maintainability
