Product Engineer (Product Platform)

Join our team as a Product Engineer, where you will focus on building shared systems that other teams depend on. You will work on frontend, backend, or full-stack development, and your work will be guided by key questions related to system performance, product development efficiency, third-party service integration, user interface consistency, and codebase maintainability. You will collaborate directly with product teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. This is a remote-first position with flexible work hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Design reusable primitives and interfaces with clear contracts and documentation that other teams adopt.
• Work directly with product teams to turn their friction into platform improvements.
• Profile and instrument shared systems, then ship the improvements that move latency, cost, and reliability.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, and product partners
• Able to make and communicate tradeoffs across UX, correctness, delivery speed, and long-term maintainability
• Built and operated platform systems that other teams depend on
• Experience shipping and operating software in production (reliability, performance, incidents, observability)
