- Biased towards execution and learning through rapid iteration and user feedback
- Excellent at storytelling and can articulate compelling user narratives and product visions
- 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of building exceptional user experiences
- Strong product sense and intuition for what makes great developer tools and experiences
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into product strategy
- Deep intuition about AI trends and products, particularly in automation and natural language interfaces
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
- You're an active Replit user who understands the developer community
- You've built or contributed to developer tools that others love using
- You've worked at companies with strong product culture and user-centric design
- You have experience teaching or mentoring other developers
