Staff Software Engineer (Replit Cloud)

• Assister à la direction technique du développement de Replit Agent en tant que leader technique pour l'organisation Replit Cloud.
• Diriger des projets majeurs, en prenant de nouveaux produits de 0 à 1 ou en renforçant nos primitives de première partie pour continuer à gagner des utilisateurs.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les concepteurs et les chefs de produit pour itérer rapidement sur Replit Cloud et améliorer continuellement le produit.

• 10+ years of experience in software with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, OR equivalent real-world experience in engineering roles
• Experience with AI/agentic systems
• Experience building user facing platform as a service products
• Previous experience at a high-growth startup
• Open source project contributions
