About The Role

Join our newly formed Growth team as a Software Engineer (Growth). In this role, you will leverage your technical skills, data-driven mindset, and passion for growth to scale our product and expand key user metrics. You will design and implement A/B tests, identify bottlenecks in user funnels, build growth-oriented product features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This is a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on our company's growth trajectory.

Conception, implementation, and analysis of rapid A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and improve key KPIs.
Identification of bottlenecks in user funnels and development of technical solutions to improve conversion rates throughout the user lifecycle.
Collaboration with data teams to instrument tracking, build dashboards, and derive insights from user behavior data.
Familiarity with instrumentation, analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude), and experimentation frameworks
Experience with data analysis and database query languages (e.g., SQL)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
Comfort with designing and interpreting experiments grounded in statistical thinking
Strong programming skills (e.g., Node, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go)
3+ years of professional software engineering experience
