About The Role

Join Replit as a Staff Software Engineer (Product) and work closely with product and platform engineers, designers, sales representatives, and product managers to build features that enhance user collaboration and streamline the software development process. You will lead major projects, identify and solve technical challenges, chart the technical direction, mentor new senior engineers, and ship new features using technologies such as TypeScript, React, CSS, GraphQL, Node.js, and Postgres. You’ve had previous experience working at a startup in a cross-functional engineering role
Working experience building full stack applications with TypeScript
Experience in a technical leadership role, working cross functionally
A minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience
