• Construire des outils puissants qui aident les ingénieurs produits à itérer rapidement sur l'expérience de l'Agent et à améliorer directement le cœur de l'Agent.
• Faire le lien entre l'équipe d'IA (travaillant sur la logique de l'Agent) et l'équipe UX (créant des expériences agréables pour l'Agent), permettant aux deux groupes d'exceller dans leurs spécialités.
• Développer des applications et des services backend à haut débit, comme le chat en streaming entre l'utilisateur et l'agent.

• 8+ years professional experience in building backend services, systems and platforms
• Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously
• Strong communication skills: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience building AI powered tooling or products
• Experience with event sourcing systems
• Experience across the full-stack
• Problem-solving mindset: Ability to approach complex operational challenges systematically and devise effective solutions
• Experience with collaborative editing technologies such as Operational Transforms (OT), CRDTs, or the inner workings of Git
• Focus on automation: Strong belief in automating repetitive tasks and building self-healing systems
• Continuous learning: Passion for staying current with industry best practices and new technologies
• Self-directed and autonomous: Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
