Technical Sourcer

Join Replit as a Technical Sourcer, where you'll be the architect of the talent pipeline for our Product and Engineering teams. This is a fixed-term, full-time position for 6-12 months. You'll engage top-tier talent, manage a tech stack of sourcing tools, and craft personalized outreach. You'll also work closely with recruiters and engineering leads, track conversion rates, and leverage data to refine sourcing strategies. • Identifying and engaging top-tier talent for various technical roles, including Software Engineering, Product Management, and Design.
• Managing a tech stack of sourcing tools and agents to enhance the sourcing process and improve the quality of candidates.
• Collaborating closely with Recruiters and Engineering Leads to refine search strategies and ensure alignment with hiring needs.
• Technical Fluency: You understand the tech stack in depth, can navigate a GitHub profile, and know why someone would fit our EPD team, company and values
• Persistence: You have a "hunter" mentality. You enjoy the challenge of finding the right person for a highly specific, difficult role
• Culture Add: You are self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and can move as fast as our engineering team does
• Experience: 4+ years of technical sourcing experience, preferably at a high-growth startup or a top-tier tech firm
• Sourcing: Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, GitHub, and Twitter
• ATS: Ashby (preferred) or Greenhouse
