Deployment & Support Engineer

As a Deployment & Support Engineer, you will be responsible for managing client technical support requests, installing new devices, optimizing client environments, organizing new releases, and collaborating with various teams. • Gérer et résoudre les demandes de support technique des clients, installer de nouveaux dispositifs des produits d'AZmed pour de nouveaux clients.
• Optimiser les environnements des clients grâce à la gestion de la configuration et aux mises à jour de performance, organiser et déployer de nouvelles versions et correctifs.
• Collaborer avec les équipes de gestion des comptes pour convertir les offres d'essai gratuit en phase payante et répondre aux besoins des clients.
• Experience in system administration and deployment of complex applications
• Motivation to contribute to healthcare improvement through medical AI and radiology analysis solutions, and, ideally, experience in the medical and/or AI industries
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and management of cloud and on-premise infrastructures
• Expertise deploying virtual machines and appliances (OVA), configuring networks (VPN, firewall, SSH), and automating tasks via Shell or Python scripting
• At least 3-4 years of experience in technical support - Levels 1 (frontline in support of the Business teams) and 2 (technical resolution)
• Expertise in installing and maintaining secure Linux infrastructures, containerization, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible)
• Strong experience with the Linux/Unix command-line is mandatory. We use it every day
