As a Full Cycle Recruiter, you will own your requisitions from start to finish, set the search strategy, source and assess talent, and guide candidates through the decision-making process. - Assumer la responsabilité de l'ensemble du processus de recrutement, de la recherche initiale à l'offre signée, en définissant la stratégie de recherche et en adaptant les approches en fonction du marché.
- Utiliser les dernières technologies d'intelligence artificielle pour optimiser le flux de travail et accélérer le processus de recrutement, tout en contribuant à l'élaboration des meilleures pratiques de l'organisation.
- Gérer les relations avec les candidats tout au long du cycle de vie, en veillant à une expérience positive pour les candidats et en fournissant des retours d'information et des insights au partenaire en acquisition de talents.
- Strong candidate assessment skills and a track record of presenting calibrated slates with clear rationale
- Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and modern sourcing platforms
- Demonstrated self-sufficiency sourcing passive candidates without dedicated sourcing support
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience — in-house, agency, or executive search — including independent ownership of requisitions from sourcing through offer
- Experience recruiting technical or specialized roles — engineering, software, robotics, skilled trades, or construction / AEC
- 8+ years of experience with search-firm or executive-search training and methodology
- Hands-on use of AI recruiting tooling for screening, scorecards, and scheduling
- Experience operating within a structured recruiting playbook or Center of Excellence model
